FAQ

Do you build an app or platform first?

Only when software is required to validate or deliver the offer. If a landing page, form and manual operations can test the business first, we begin with the lighter structure.

How far can a new business be built in 90 days?

The goal is not a fully scaled company. It is to validate customer, problem, pricing, sales motion and operational feasibility and create a minimum structure that can run a real sales test.

When is pricing decided?

We form an initial pricing hypothesis using customer value, alternatives, cost and operating model, then test the response in real sales conversations and proposals.

Does the pilot have to be free?

No. Depending on the hypothesis, the right structure may be a paid pilot, deposit, limited free trial or another controlled validation format.

Who owns the materials and systems created during the project?

Client-specific deliverables and reusable methods are separated by contract. Ownership and usage rights for important assets should be agreed before execution begins.
