1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for use of the website operated by SR International Inc. (“Company”) and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

2. Definitions

“Site” means the multilingual web pages operated by the Company. “User” means any person who visits the Site or uses its links, surveys, or contact paths. “Project materials” means business information, images, documents, and other content published by the Company or a collaborating entity.

3. Effect and changes

These terms apply when posted on the Site. We may change them to the extent permitted by law and will post the change and effective date on this page.

4. Services

The Site provides company and project information, Korea–China business and exchange-project information, consultation contact details, external links, and limited project survey or restricted-material access features. It does not provide online contracting, payment, member accounts, points, or refunds.

5. User obligations

Users must comply with applicable law and these terms and must not infringe others’ rights or privacy, interfere with the Site, or share, copy, or bypass access controls for restricted material without authorization.

6. Inquiries and consultations

A consultation may be requested through published email or telephone channels. Site content is general information; scope, schedule, fees, and contract terms are confirmed only through separate discussion and written agreement.

7. User-submitted materials

Rights in materials provided by a user through email or a survey remain with that user. The Company may use them as necessary to handle the inquiry or survey and provide a response. Users must ensure that submitted material does not infringe another person’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

Intellectual-property rights in the Site’s logo, copy, images, layout, documents, and software belong to the Company or the relevant rights holder. Except for legally permitted personal viewing, no copying, distribution, transmission, modification, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization.

9. External sites and services

The Site may link to external organizations or project sites. Their content, security, privacy handling, and transaction terms are the responsibility of their operators. Users should review each external service’s terms and policy.

10. Changes or suspension

We may change or suspend all or part of the Site for operational, security, legal, or technical reasons. We will give advance notice where practical; urgent security measures or unavoidable circumstances may be announced afterwards.

11. Limitation of liability

We work to keep Site information accurate, but do not guarantee completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users rely on information at their own judgment and, unless a separate contract states otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or special damages.

12. Damages

A user who causes loss to the Company or a third party by violating law or these terms is responsible for that loss. Where Company liability is established, its scope is governed by mandatory law and any separate contract.

13. Privacy

Personal-information processing is governed by our separately posted Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms and use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

15. Jurisdiction

Disputes related to the Site will be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable Korean law, including the Civil Procedure Act.

16. Effective date

These terms take effect on 15 July 2026.
