Terms of Use

These terms govern use of sr-kc.com and public pages controlled by SR International Inc., including company/project information, descriptions of the 90-Day Business Execution Office and Opportunity Brief functions.

If a separate agreement, SOW, NDA or project-specific written arrangement is executed, that document prevails to the extent of any conflict.

Company profiles, project cases, prices, processes, roadmaps and other public content are provided as general business information. They do not by themselves constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, licensing or other professional advice, nor final contractual terms.

We use reasonable efforts to keep public information accurate and current but cannot guarantee changes made by authorities, partners, markets, policies or external websites.

Displayed mission categories and amounts such as “From ₩24M” are general starting points or examples. VAT, travel, advertising, software development, legal, tax, certification and third-party costs may be quoted separately depending on scope.

Final scope, timing, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, payment terms and success components are confirmed in written proposal, agreement or SOW documents after discussion.

Submitting an Opportunity Brief or contacting us by email/phone does not by itself create a consulting agreement, service contract, agency, exclusivity obligation or other legal relationship.

We may assess whether an opportunity is suitable for collaboration and are not required to provide a response, proposal, meeting or engagement for every inquiry.

Before a separate NDA or written confidentiality arrangement is in place, do not submit highly confidential information such as trade secrets, source code, passwords, resident-registration numbers or non-public financial credentials through a web form.

We protect personal information under our Privacy Policy, but submission of an Opportunity Brief does not automatically create a project-wide NDA or separate trade-secret agreement.

Project cases describe SR International’s work and execution experience only to the extent appropriate for public disclosure. They do not represent disclosure of the entire agreement, confidential client information or every outcome.

The website may link to client, partner or operating-project websites. Their content, privacy, security, transaction terms and availability are controlled by their respective operators.

Website copy, design, marks, structure, materials and content created by SR International are owned by SR International or their lawful owners. Unauthorized commercial copying, resale, bulk collection, modification or redistribution is prohibited.

Rights in client deliverables, software, data, brands and other technology assets are governed by the applicable project agreement and actual rights relationship.

Users must not submit false or third-party information without authority, circumvent or disrupt security controls, distribute malicious code, gain unauthorized access, conduct abusive scraping/crawling or resale, or use the website in a manner that infringes law or third-party rights.

We may modify, temporarily suspend or discontinue website features, content or URLs for security, maintenance, business-structure changes, third-party outages or other reasonable grounds.

Projects, Travel, Company and related subdomain services may change in functionality and availability as their operating stage develops.

Market entry, revenue, fundraising, partnerships, approvals, contracts and transactions depend on market conditions, client decisions, regulation and third parties. We do not guarantee a specific business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law and absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability arising solely from reliance on general website information or third-party links may be limited. Liability for an actual engagement is governed by its applicable agreement.

Personal information is processed under our separate Privacy Policy, which is available before submitting an Opportunity Brief or other personal information.

These terms and use of the website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion; court jurisdiction follows applicable Korean procedural law.

If the Korean, English and Chinese versions differ in meaning, the Korean version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, services or business structure. The revised terms and revision date will be published on this page.
